De-blister operation
In the MD 110 de-blister machine the blisters are manually fed through a set of rollers rotated by the main motor, which has speed variation according to the type of blister and product to be recovered; Or the NON-motorized option through a manual override of a handle, gives movement to a mechanical transmission. For some delicate products, the cutter set of the blister cover material (Aluminum) can be used. Regulating the set of blades that cut the cover material longitudinally, facilitating the output of the product.

The tablets or capsules are removed from the blister and collected in a drawer or clean area, thus recovering the product in a hygienic way. The packaging material is also separated, which falls through the back of the machine for its collection.
